  • I walked in for a blowout and was talking to a very sweet girl with long brown hair about price. I had said I was sorry but I decided not to do it today after all when another girl (whom I hadn't even seen or talked to yet named shorty on her apron) just walked up & rudely interrupted the sweet girl and said "ok then, have a great day" with attitude and no smile at all. Man.. talk about shoving people right out your door!!! Shorty definitely ruined all customer service for this place & I will never attempt to go back. On top of that, one of the stylists had their own hair processing with color while they were coloring another person's hair. It looked very unprofessional.
