  • I'm so sad to be giving a 2 star for Bayside Buffet, a longtime favorite of mine. We stay at Delano about 3-4 times a year and always eat at Bayside Buffet. The last 2 times (one being last week), my husband and I both agreed that the quality has slowly gone downhill. Food quality and freshness has declined. Prime Rib used to be my absolute favorite and single reason to come to the buffet. This last visit it tasted "different". And not a good different. My husband passed on the crab legs as they were so small this go around. Said it wasn't worth his time. His sushi looked anything but fresh. The buffet wasn't busy and hasn't been for some time so I'm guessing this is why the food isn't fresh anymore. Very disappointing. Last vacation they had substituted some steamship roast for their prime rib. Whatever that is, it wasn't good. However, if you're really set on trying the buffet, get your discounts at the Vegas discount booths along the strip. We now pass on the buffet and go to Citizens which is near the buffet. Solid food. Although the service is less than desirable.
