I was a member for over a year and patronized the Rock Springs location. The service has gone downhill. As a walk-in clinic, one relies on them being open and available. I've driven in several times to have no staff be available. For someone with a monthly membership, this kind of inconvenience results in lost savings. There were several months where I wasn't able to get my four sessions each month because there was no one available and I wasted many lunch breaks trying to get in. It also reduced the amounts I could claim to my FSA. When I brought this up, the staff attitude was "oh well," which was why I canceled my membership.
