  • $95 later and I have a shaved dog... my appointment was for a 1:00 and my dog wasn't done until 6:30. I specifically asked if they had ever groomed golden doodles before because they are not meant to be cut like a poodle and I was told that they had groomed them before. I also paid extra because she was supposedly matted, yet all they did was shave all of her hair off, not get the matts out. What bothers me the most is that they shaved my dogs nose. I've never in my life had any groomer shave my dogs nose and now she has a rash on her snout because of it. I will NEVER return to this place.
