  • Worst experience ever! Sold me the wrong bed when I asked very clearly for what I wanted. Charged me to change out for what we asked for. Then found out after already paying 1400 dollars To snap finance that since I just barely went over the 100 days no interest, I'm now charged a full "loan fee" . In otherwords I still owe another 1100 for a 1400 dollar bed. Total of 2500$ for a 1400 dollar bed for going a few days over the 100 days .ABSOLUTE RIPOFF. NOBODY THROUGH BEST MATTRESS OR SNAP TOLD ME. I EVEN PAID AN EXTRA 500 MONTHS BACK JUST TO MAKE SURE I didn't pay to much interest. But if I had known I would be charged 1100 in interest immediately after going over 100 days I would have certainly paid it off before .Do not use best mattress . It is acceptable for a loan company to have fine print and be a bit shady but it is not acceptable for a salesman to avoid mentioning such important details. To avoid something so important is to accept the misfortune your customer ends up with just so that you can sell a mattress .
