  • Took my car here today for 2nd time. My first experience I opted for the basic wash at $18.99. It was not up to my level of expectation, but it was cleaner than when I took it in. Today, I opted for the ultimate wash at 34.99, thinking this should clearly pass what I feel should be included in paying for someone else to clean the inside and outside of your car. Keep in mind, my car is brand new 2016...I sat for 45 minutes and finally asked if my car was done because I saw it sitting parked. They claimed they came in and called my name. I was sitting in the front on the sofa and not once was my car called nor was paperwork given to cashier. I won't go into detail about the SHIT job they did this time, see for yourself.
