When staying in Vegas on a budget, Siena Suites was definitely not in my top choices of places to stay. It's a bit far from the strip and generally had 2-star reviews on different travel websites, but it is pet-friendly, which we needed for our cat. A lot of the other places that I've called were either not pet-friendly, or only accepted dogs...or was way too expensive. Within the very few cat-friendly hotels in Vegas, Siena Suites offered the lowest rate so we stayed with them.
It's an extended stay hotel, so the rooms come with a separate bedroom and a kitchen with full fridge, microwave, stove, etc. Honestly, I think it's where people with drug addictions and gambling problems come to party 24/7 and blow what's rest of their life savings. The people that live here seem like serious crackheads.
