Fraud, documentations, and so , on and so on.\I called corprate on them once, and again tomarrow they will be hearing from me .. i have a receit for a refund and they took my money anyways. so they lie about who answers the phone.. this place could be dangerous to your eyesight.. Ive worked in the medical field for years.. i told the dr. that the girl doing my pre exam just put a number on the card he didnt care. i will be reporting this place to the bb and medical board of opt...they dont even deserve a 1 but you cant do a 0 be careful..
