You're compelled to explore the chemistry of Soma's chocolate making: from the expected plain flavors, to the usual inclusions of fruits and nuts to the tangy adventures of orange peel and chai and peppery spices--to yes, the more adventurous and unexpected.
Soma is daring, delicious and out of this world. The presentation of their wares in display cases and on stands is both modern and inviting. The gelato and espresso are delicious, but the strength of Soma lies in the fact that they are a veritable university / museum of what can be done to make the cocoa bean please the senses. Stop by for their limited edition truffles, on any given day you might find a truly astounding delight. I walked away with dark chocolate pop-rock truffles. mmmmmmmmmmmm......
