Rating has nothing to do with the actual hotel and is because of their customer service. Their website has a "best price guarantee" but when you call they don't actually offer any guarantee. If you find a cheaper price they are supposed to give you the first night free and match the price. We talked to multiple people and no one would give us a straight answer. They want you to book through them first and submit a form but if Priceline changes their price between now and whenever they review it then we're stuck because they won't let you cancel for free. They have this "best price guarantee" plastered all over their website but I think it's a hoax. Would gladly book with them if they'd honor their guarantee.
