  • I called EARLY on a Saturday morning expecting to leave a voice message - nope! I talked to a live, friendly person; in fact, I called 3 times within an embarrassingly short period of time because of having so many questions - and every time, very friendly! I was so thankful that we could schedule an appointment for them to come to the house on Monday! (Amazing!) They also offered and worked with us to come after work hours! It didn't take long, and felt the price was reasonable. It was nice that the price was only per door - instead for for each lock. Would definitely recommend this company!
