  • Such a cute cafe! Such a cute concept! Such underwhelming execution! *Le Sigh* This is truly an adorable and fantastic business idea. It has all the potential makings for success: great, central location, relevant in-demand product (cookies, ice cream, yummy drinks!), and a very cozy and quaint venue. But a business centered around cookies really needs to have damn good cookies. These cookies are pretty ordinary. I enjoyed my last round of cookies from Subway better than these. My Earl Grey latte was also not that great. I'm pretty sure the barista did not even have proper training on how to make a latte, because I don't believe what I received was one. To the business owners, I say quick: pull a Kitchen Nightmares, Chef Ramsey and turn this thing around fast. Make those cookies stellar and blow costumers minds so that they become raving fanatics for your adorable business idea. Otherwise, I don't see how this place will have staying power.
