Panchos has great food, great margaritas and the ambiance is awesome.
The inside is like sitting outside in a Mexican villa. Tropical trees and a winding staircase make it seem intimate even though it's just one room. The food is excellent and they have a gluten free menu. I usually get the mole chicken, it comes with the rice and beans as usual. I get corn tortilla to sop up the sauce. The margaritas are a nice size and they don't skimp on the tequila. You can get any one of the dozens of tequilas they have on the menu. I tried the queso fun dido but I didn't like it. They told me it was their own spin, meaning people must order it then complain. The fun of fun dido is wrapping The gooey cheese around a fork and wiping it in the tortilla. Panchos is very runny and I didn't care for it. The free chips and salsa are excellent, one of the best salsas I've had. Got a little kick to it, which is how I like it. I recommend this place highly
