  • Really wished communication could have been better. I needed movers at a specific time and was relieved when they said they could do it. Unfortunately due to a miscommunication, I was under the impression my movers were coming at a specific time while I had actually been provided with a range. The woman answering the phones was nice enough but didn't offer even an apology for the miscommunication in addition to having to wait for over an hour standing outside my car for even a call back to figure out an actual time frame for arrival. The movers themselves were great. Rod & Christian were friendly, profession and quick. Unfortunately the poor communication clouded the whole experience and as a result, I'm not sure I would use again.
