  • Staff left a message on my phone stating that my appointment was at 930am, arrived at 920 and was greeted rudely and told that my appointment was at 9am, which I had written down and had as proof on my voicemail that said it was 930am and they dismissed me. Never even got to meet the dentist. Couldn't get past the rude front desk staff.
