  • Staff is nice but wait times are outrageous. Made an appt to go over lab results after my pap and they called me the night before, asking to reschedule. So I did, for the first available appt, which was an hot and a half before I had to work. I ended up waiting over an hour and a half to review labs (which they said would be quick). What is the point of scheduling an appt?
