Note to self. When in Vegas, do not be lazy and go to any ordinary buffet, skipping the Bellagio or the Wynn. They are often imitated, but never duplicated.
This business is an prime example of quantity over quality. While under $20 per person for lunch seems like a bargain, it is not. I know why this place was empty. This place is depressing and the food was terrible.
The burger station serves hockey pucks for patties. The pizza is barely edible. I picked up some sushi and the salmon pieces were so thin. Scary looking... here's a little more imagery: old pasta (it was sitting there for a while... you know when it turns to a darker shade of yellow?). BBQ ribs were dry (wait I didn't ask for beef jerky). Prime Rib had plenty of grizzle... grizzle rib? Is this turning you on? It shouldn't.
I wish I invested the buffet fees into a slot machine and went to McDonald's.
I will not return.
