  • Certainly in the Top 3 Pho restaurants in the city, at least in terms of what I've tried. The broth is beautifully aromatic and has a lot of flavour; it doesn't just taste like salt water, like many cheap pho broths often do. This is certainly a broth made with LOVE. The noodles are never overcooked, they use nice cuts of beef, and the sprouts and herbs are always fresh. What more could you ask for in a bowl of pho? Also, the food is consistent and the service is friendly. The eccentric man small older gentleman who works the late night shifts with a slightly high-pitched throaty voice (I don't recall his name; call him "Mr. Pasteur") is quite the character and it's always a pleasure to be served by him.
