  • I barely know where to start with this review so lets go to the beginning and work my frustrations down from there. I ordered a new phone with sprint Friday afternoon, they sent it through next day air but considering it was late Friday evening I knew it wouldn't be here until Monday or Tuesday. I tracked the package all day Monday and it said it was supposed to be delivered Tuesday even though it was out for delivery that actual day. Got home from work tracked the package again and it said it was delivered and signed by the front desk @ 5:30 pm. Went to my front desk, no package. Decided to come back the next day to my front desk. They said no package and asked who I used. Told them Ups and everyone's faces dropped. They said that they can check the cameras but usually what the idiotic UPS drivers do is drop the packages in front of the door (mind you I live in a high rise apartment) and then makes the front desk sign off on them instead of delivering them to the front desk. SO BASICALLY THEY WOULD RATHER GO THROUGH 10 FLOORS OF APARTMENTS AND DROP THINGS OFF IN FRONT OF THE DOOR INSTEAD OF AT THE FRONT DESK. So they checked the cameras and they did indeed leave it at my front door (mind you theres no box or anything) and sur enough someone swiped it. Now look I can't blame UPS for someone stealing it even though they were dumb to leave it there in the first place. So then after a useless phone call to UPS where they said they were not liable, I called my carrier and they sent me another phone after I filed a police report. Fast forward a day later. My carrier ships my phone out next day and of course I receive no notifications that my phone is out for delivery to my address (when I specifically requested it to be held at facility). So I track my package and says it's being held. Where? Doesn't say. For how long? Doesn't say. Call UPS they give me the location and tell me its there. Show up to the location and the front desk looks at me like I'm crazy and tells me my package is not there. It's 6:30pm he says come back a quarter to 8 because the driver made a mistake and he stills has the package. I'm not coming all the way back over her in an hr so....I leave phoneless. AGAIN. Checked the tracking my package was checked in five minutes prior to me showing up. At this point I'm already at home PHONELESS AGAIN. This whole operation is A MESS!
