So when I first saw this, I thought there was no way I would try this. Honestly, I have been looking into trying yoga, but have been intimidated by trying to learn in a group and that I might not be able to do it. Luckily, Lauren (amazing CM), and other yelpers made me feel comfortable to try.
This farm is fun! It is owned by an army vet and his wife. I love the military signs and some of the animals that are named military themed. The animals themselves are awesome. They all were sweet and loving. I was surprised that some of the goats we're so soft! It is also cool that the goats had names on their collars so you knew their names.
The yoga was also fun! The instructor was awesome. I liked how he started by saying he didn't want to do the Zen breathing and kept everyone laughing. I am not good at yoga, but it was fun and something I am going to look into start. I also am easily distracted so playing with the goats and lone pig. :-).
The difficult part was the ground itself was on a hill and uneven. It added a layer of difficulty, that was hard for this newbie.
Overall, I am thankful I went. It was fun and I learned a new type of exercise that I want to try. I also want to thank Lauren for putting this together! You always find the most unique experiences!
