I'm beyond excited about this new restaurant. It's spacious, with an open kitchen concept. The waitstaff were friendly and helpful. The food.. Oh glorious food. I ordered the pork belly and squid on hot plate. The flavor was similar to that of the Vietnamese caramelized pork belly, only richer. It's a comfort food dish for sure. Next up is the spicy chicken. The heat gets to you about 3 bites in, but it doesn't get to overwhelmingly hot. It was just the right amount of heat. Saving the best for last, I give you the caviar bowl. If you eat with your eyes, then this bowl is a crowd pleaser for sure. It's stunningly beautiful, healthy, and beyond delicious. All dishes are prepared in the kitchen, so you can just sit back and enjoy. A great addition to the Mesa food scene. Bon appetit!!!
