  • This was a great stay-cation! The waterpark is amazing for families and the rooms are decent! Our reservation was moved since we checked in a little late and we where put on the 3rd floor (which sucked when you have a three year old). The front desk (CiCi) took care of us and issued us a $50 credit to use while we where at the resort. Although, I was upset about our reservation being moved but Cici was so sweet and helpful that it was easily brushed off. I will come back again but try to check in on time that way we can get a 1st floor room.
