  • I made a reservation and confirmed everything by phone to come down and pick up a car while mine was getting some work done. I arranged for a ride and got dropped off and then when I got here I was informed that I could not pay for the car with a Visa debit card. That was not disclosed before and I have rented dozens of cars from other establishments with this very card and never had a problem. I ended up stranded at their office for 20 minutes waiting for another ride and while I walked out the staff was giggling over my annoyance. They found my inconvenience to be funny. So I was out a couple of hours and $20 in Uber fare and I will never return to Enterprise.
