  • This place is horrific! I went there to just get a new screen protector on my phone. When i walked in there was a guy with an ipad who asked me how he could help. I told him what i needed, he then asked if they would need to put it on for me. I responded yes, and he said 'ok, take a seat someone will be with you really shortly'. So i started to look at the different screen protectors, found one i liked and sat down and waited. All the while the guy with the ipad walked over to one of the sofas and started watching football. Then a woman walked in wearing a low cut shirt and lots of makeup walked in and all of a sudden the guy with the ipad was more than happy to help her out. I was watching as he was talking to her for about 15-20 minutes, accessing her account and answering her questions, yet putting on a screen for me would've taken all of 2 minutes. After waiting about 10 more minutes (about 35 total) i gave up and my friend and i just walked out. Will NEVER return and really want to cancel my service with AT&T as well.
