  • We frequent Las Vegas but last week was our first experience staying at Caesars and we'll be back! Obviously the location is great and very convenient. The service was really impeccable, from the staff at check in to the dealers in the casino and at the pool, the special events desk staff, and even the doorman who helped us get a cab. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! We stayed on the 13th floor of the Julius tower and the room was pretty basic, but clean and we had a great view of the pool/rio/palms. I should mention that the shower was great and the bed was super comfy. My husband is a diamond club member so we stay at various Caesars properties and almost always have a great experience. This was one of the best though and we will definitely be back!
