  • I'm really disappointed with my experience here. I'm a lower-income person, so when I handed over $50 hoping Tony could resole two pairs of boots I thrifted, I expected him to come through. The soles of the first one fell off after a single day - the second pair held out a bit longer, but began to come undone after about a week. If he wasn't able to help me with these particular pairs, I would've appreciated being turned away. Now I'm out a considerable chunk of change with nothing to show for it. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere next time.
