I visited today and received excellent and speedy service. Cable companies get a bad rap for their customer service, including Cox. I was greeted immediately at the door and my modem was replaced with new hardware within 3 minutes, with no interrogation or pressure. I have yet to have a poor experience from Cox besides the monthly cable prices, and those are going to happen at any US internet service provider. I'm grateful for the beautiful store and the simple and efficient service process.
