  • We are so unhappy with the process and underwhelming experience we've had up to this point! Our pool was scheduled for resurfacing late May and the pool may be ready by July 4th. We told our salesperson we had family coming to town for July 4th and if they cannot have the pool done by then, we would hold off until the end of the season! Needless to say, not only did all of my family cancel plans to come to Vegas because the pool would not be done by the promised date. We were told someone would be out today to pour, and at 1:30pm no phone call explaining what the problem is this time! PS, you need to hire more electricians and plumbers!
