  • I have to say this is by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a nail salon. I went in to get a refill done on my nails. The lady that did them for me basically butchered my nails. I have jagged edges on the side of my nails (see photo). She filed them horribly. She even gave me attitude when I winced from pain when she cut me a few times with the machine. She said that they do air brushing for French tips before I started the whole torturous refill but when it came time to do it she tried to use nail polish instead. When I questioned her she asked a co-worker to tell me in Mandarin that they don't do air brush for French tips. I ended up getting one solid colour painted on my nails because she didn't know how to do my French tips properly via nail polish. Best part is that she kept on making cracks at me in mandarin. I pretended that I didn't understand what she and her co-workers were talking about. If I do for whatever reason go back to this place...I am definitely not going to that woman.
