  • My review is about customer service, the job they did seems fine. We were told that our car would be ready on Friday when we dropped it off on Wednesday, then I got a text the next day saying it would be ready on Tuesday, ok...understandable. No problem, so we would keep our rental till Tuesday. Around 4 on Friday, I received a call saying our car was ready and we needed to pick it up and return the rental within the hour. We were out so there was no chance of that, the guy told me that we needed to pick up the car Saturday morning and drop off the rental. This is Memorial Day wknd so this severely inconvenienced us. Gerber isn't open on the wknd and Enterprise wasn't either, there was no reason for us to rush to return the rental and ruin our wknd plans. They also left the keys in the console, which, he said he was going to do, but we have automatic entry when the key is in the car so someone could have easily opened it and driven away. I didn't think about it when he told me and I tried to call back but they were closed. Terrible experience!!
