  • Larry and the boys do a great job of keeping you updated, Sure it takes awhile sometimes to let fluids drain, fluids fill and they can become busy with other vehicles but wouldn't you want as much dirty oil drained out before putting clean oil in??? If you approach them lighthearted with a joke or two you'll be treated like a human being not just another invoice.
