  • I lived at this community for a year and a half, and it was a wonderful experience until I decided to move out. The management company is one of the most dishonest that I have ever run across. They took a total of $735 from me in fees to move in, but try to charge more for "damages" that they can't account for. They also charge non-refundable deposits which violates Nevada law. Multiple requests for a remedy from the community manager have gone without reply. Very disappointed in the conduct of the management at the community and their corporate management as well. They've lost a very good tenant as I will never be moving to another Ovation managed property again.
