What a great way to kick start the week!!
Seriously, without the effort of Kris, Ricky, the staff at azyun and Muskoka brewery, the night would have been just another boring night at home on the couch with the cat. But instead it was an exciting night on the patio with the elites!!
We got a tasting of some of Azyun's best offerings, including truffle fried rice, prawn toast, pork jowl skewer and their famous mantou made in house everyday.
Overall I would say their dishes have bold flavors and comprise of different textures, they also have unique flavor combination. So really, there is never a bite that's too dull and boring.
Pairing this meal with beers from Muskoka brewery really elevated it to a different experience. I know nothing about beer. But tonight was the first time I can actually appreciate beer and its flavor profile when paired with the right food. This is definitely an art.
Thank you to everyone who helped organize this wonderful event. I had a great time trying out new food and meeting new elites.
