  • I am not sure the previous reviews are for the same place they have nothing to do with my experience... But honestly there are other places to try for even cheaper prices... I got a deal and went there back in November 2013. I asked for ombré and agreed to pay for the difference I showed a picture of the expected style to the owner and She brought me the binder with the toners. I was never told I wouldn't get the expected color. I don't mind to have feedback from the hairdresser eve. If it means you are loca!!! I prefer honesty and professionalism than just making bussines. the owner seemed to be very friendly flexible and polite. She prepared the dying stuff and gave it to the other hairdresser. The helper bleached my hair, add the tuner and cut my hair under the owners supervision. I will definitely look for pictures!!! It was awful!! I told the owner this is not what I showed you, she started giving me lame excuses. She didn't like I complained. its like it was a different person no more manners, I told her I won't pay for the extra services only the taxes on the top of the deal. The assistant dried my hair and before I left the owner told me you can come back tomorrow and I will do another process to make it look better at no charge. I went back and there was no much difference.. The son was there this day. Very nice personality but in my opinion very poor results... He is a talker!!! OMG!! He should be in sales!! He was complimenting everyone but honestly there were no styles that draw my attention. I just realized they are offering now deals thru groupon and wanted to share my experience and last few words: run away while you can!!!
