  • The service is horrible. Sitting at the poker machine for just over an hour and the cocktail waitress never came. I had to ask the machine attendants to call a cocktail waitress over for me, which she did but the waitress didn't come till 10mins give or take. As she walked over, I stood up and asked her a drink and cashed out my money to move over to the next machine. She rudely said NO. I asked why? She said you're not playing anything. She didn't bother to even ask where I would be playing next or anything. I was only moving to the machine two over from me. I said wow how rude, I am playing I'm just moving to the next machine and showed her my ticket that I JUST printed in front of her face. I also let her know I had been waiting for her for an hour and she never even came around. I told her forget it I don't want her rude service. I complained to management but they said to talk to her supervisor and directed me to the guy behind the bar. So I went to him to complain and well there's nothing he can do because he wasn't the supervisor lol... wow. No wonder this place has such bad reviews. Just stay away and give your money else where. I for sure will never be back. I don't remember her name, but she was some skinny white older lady working 11/21/2017 12pm
