  • I needed 2 items wrapped and was delighted to see a papyrus. The woman behind the counter charged me for my items and afterwards told me it will be 30 mins because she's on a loan! I don't know what that means but for the $$$ that I paid to have a couple boxes wrapped, I shouldn't have waited 41 minutes! I suggest you let people know how long it will take, it should have taken max 15 mins since it wasn't busy at all! Very disappointed, from now on I will be wrapping my own presents.
