  • I agreed with all the reviews above! This doctor practice do not deserve any star at all! I went to Dr. Beverly Strauss few times. 1) The place hardly has people but wait time is ALWAYS over 1.5 hour or 2 hours and when they put you in the doctor waiting room, it ALWAY at least 45mins. 2) Dr. Beverly is not helpful and when I asked her some medical question, she said google it on your own. When I call them and have questions regarding my result, the office could not direct me to the doctor and said the doctor can't release any information. I didn't ask them to release any information. All I wanted to ask is some medical question regarding my result. The staff put me thru her vm and she has never called me back! 3) Most important of all, I have a test result which is positive. The doctor office didn't call me and deliver the result and blame the patient that they need to keep calling to check on result and make an appt with the doctor to find out result. While I have no idea my result is positive, I didn't find out until my next appointment which I went in for something else. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! Incompetent staff and irresponsible doctor! Worst doctor I met in life.
