  • I had a shower temp control cartridge go out suddenly on Sunday night and the water would not longer turn off. Had to turn entire house water off, so I called E R Plumbing and talked to Trinity. He worked with me before coming out, in case it was something relatively simple that would save me money. It wasn't in this case and he was out, had the installation complete and gone inside of two hours. Staff was polite on the phone, Trinity was very professional and friendly. I am extremely pleased with the service, speed, price and professionalism with this team.
