  • So from start of the whole process it seemed rush and we seemed un important. Although I enjoy my 2014 Jetta we were straight up lied to. When we first met with Scott we explained that we drive ALL day for my job. Cruise control was important to us! We were told the car would have cruise control. IT DOESNT! When called to find out where the cruise control was he explained that we don't have it and he could have charged us $4000 more for it. WTF! Dude had you paid attention to our needs and wants and stopped disappearing on us this wouldn't have been an issue! Good things it's a 4 year lease so we aren't stuck in it forever! We won't do business with these shady none caring people again.
