Do not expect any downward facing dog or warrior poses in these classes. Not like any yoga I have ever practiced. These classes increase your energy level, calm your mind, strenghthen your body and mind, open up your lungs, increase your flexibility, and just overall lead to greater peace and happiness. Even in a class where I feel like maybe I'm not doing much, I feel a change in my body afterwards. You have to go multiple times per week for this change, but its worth it. If you want to change yourself, these classes will do it.
