  • The worst airline ever. My card would read at the kiosk and instead of bumping me to the front of the regular line, they put me to the back where I stood for 15 minutes without moving while some idiots got put in front of all of us and started to yell at me after I pointed out that the back of the line was other there. The lobby worker was horrendous and got snotty with everyone. Completely incompetent. This is why I drive everywhere.
