  • RUDE STAFF - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I live about 5 minutes from this location and will no longer give them my business. Each time I go there, drop clothes off and give them no less than 5 days to get them dry cleaned, I always come in to find that my clothes are not back yet or that I am coming in too early to pick them up, etc... The long frizzy haired lady at the counter is soooo rude. You walk in, she looks away or acts busy doing something/anything else. She is short and not friendly at all. She does not belong in a customer service environment. There are too many other good dry cleaners in the valley to give this place my biz. Speaking with others in the Desert Ridge community, I have heard the same complaints. Go to DELIAS CLEANERS, they are so much nicer and professional.
