| - I've been here once before this time, but it was just a pedicure so I didn't mind as much. This time I went with my MIL and SIL since my SIL was in town visiting and I should have just gotten a pedicure and not a manicure and I've regretted it since. The very first day my hair was getting caught in my nails where the gels were already lifting. I typically like my gels as thin as possible but you could tell they were trying to skimp on product so they're barely even there. I debated writing this review but it's just now been a week and my nails have been peeling, lifting, and chipping for days. I'm so irritated especially since I was charged extra for glitter. They were almost out of the glitter I wanted so they were trying to be insanely sparing with it and it seemed old and dried out anyway, so my nails aren't even fully coated on the ring finger like I wanted. They didn't round my nails properly, they just used a nail clipper on the corner of my nails then a file that was insanely wore down, it should have been in the garbage. My pedicure was lackluster, they were more concerned with just hurrying to get it done than actually removing the dead skin and massaging my legs/feet. My polish looks ok, but nothing special, anyone could have done it. I'm really irritated and I shouldn't have gotten my nails done here, you pay for gels and get gels that don't even last as long as a normal polish manicure would last you. I've submitted pictures here, too. I almost gave this place two stars, but nothing about it was even really good. The receptionist was kind of short and pushy, the pedicure chairs are worn especially the remotes which you can barely even see the buttons on anymore, and it's pretty generic inside. Do not go here. I'll post pics of my shitty nails to explain.
