  • Dr Chi Duong is amazing. I love her professional, friendly style, but make no mistake: her common sense and understanding practice do not camouflage her brilliant medical mind and training. The offices are fantastic. Clean and modern while still feeling inviting and warm. The uncluttered, stylish look contributes to an overall calming effect for patients, and encourages one to look at the beautiful views. The front desk staff is friendly and professional, the phlembotomist, Sarah is extremely knowledgable and makes one feel at ease and cared for. Every detail of this office is first class, from the quality pens at check out (thank YOU!) to the smart muslin bags for lab samples to be placed in. The rest room is spacious with nice soap and hand lotion and even fluffy white towels if you feel so inclined, rather than paper. When you sit on the examination "table", you do not sit on the awful crinkly paper sheet: but a fresh linen sheet that feels dignified and as if the doctor and the company understand how patients appreciate these subtle details and have addressed them mindfully in their culture of care. My prescription was called in by the time I left the office, unheard of previously! Thank you, Dr Duong and all at One Medical for making patients feel well cared for and valued in this crazy age of stress in the medical industry and patients regular insurance nightmares!
