I got the breakfast crepe. The unfortunate part is it's anything but quick. We came here during brunch hour on a Sunday and it took about 15 minutes to get through the line to order. Then after you order, there are two chefs in the back trying to crank out all the orders. It's great that the food is made-to-order, but with a backlog of about 10-15 orders, it took about 20-25 minutes for the food to come out.
The breakfast crepe comes with turkey, creamy eggs (they were kind of scrambled, kind of creamy), and mozzarella in a crepe topped off with bechamel sauce (a white, milky, creamy sauce) and some red onions and two small pieces of avocado. If I had to pick again, I would try something else.
It seems like a good concept in Paris Casino, but I just wish it were faster.
