  • I've been going to this place since 2012 and what kept me going back was their milk tea, their butter toast and the fact it closes at 2am everyday making it a great spot to hang with friends late at night. However, the quality overall has been going downhill the past few years and as more boba shops open around town, Icy Juicy is now definitely being overshadowed. It's been a while since my last visit here and tonight made me realize that it definitely isn't the way it used to be. The once friendly staff is now replaced by unwelcoming and rude young employees who clearly showed their impatience and annoyance with us when we were trying to figure out our order. One of the girls kept sighing at us when my sister couldn't decide what to get and the fact that people were coming in the shop all at once. Our drinks were very unsatisfying and the boba in the milk tea we got tasted like hand sanitizer. The brown sugar milk tea tasted so watery and it didn't seem like there was any tea in it at all. We were really disappointed on our visit especially because we've always loved going to this place but the service and drinks were a big turn off tonight.
