  • Food was good, but the service was terrible. First, when I arrived, there were plenty of tables available on the patio and NO line. I asked for a table on the patio. They said they'd have one cleaned off for me first. This took a good 10 minutes. When we got to our table, our server was not very engaging. She did not recommend anything, or come back for a drink order, even though I had told her I might want something other than water, but wasn't sure at the time. She never checked back on drinks. When our food arrived, we did not have any silverware. We asked for silverware and napkins, and they brought silverware, but no napkins. A while later, I hadn't seen our server. I saw the host come by, and asked her for some napkins. She said she'd get them for us but NEVER brought them. My wife had to get up and get the napkins herself! Finally, no offers for dessert, just a question "do you want your check?" Very poor customer service. This is the third time we have been to this Chuy's. I expect it will be our last. Oh, the one redeeming attribute? Even though the service was terrible, the food was good.
