  • It's pretty bad when you go to the automotive service counter to ask for a part, and the employee can not spell the name of the product you're Needing. I don't think SWAY is a hard word. Perhaps they need to hire people with better communication skills, or at least have the service counter person able to spell. I'm all for hiring immigrants, but they need to be well versed in the English language before working a counter that requires spelling.
