Horrible service. They trapped my dad in a contract and he can't even cancel the membership even though the employee Matthew at the Mississauga Crunch Location said we can cancel the membership after 2 months and that's how my dad signed the contract. But when my dad went to cancel the membership the guy Matthew said he never said that. And now they are charging a penalty of over $100 even though he only went for 30 days. And the manager is saying my dad signed for automatic renewal in the contract hence the penalty fee of $100 even though my dad did not sign up for automatic renewal. Hats off to you guys, great way to make money. Guess we are back to Goodlife Fitness, way better service, the money is worth it. At least you get treated as a VALUABLE customer. THANKS for the disgusting SERVICE.
