There's something great about not being that great: no line for brunch!!
If you aren't super picky and don't want to wait forever at one of your local favorites, you might want to pop into Vintage. There will be plenty of empty tables at noon on a Saturday and if you order correctly, you could have a tasty meal. The details:
Bloody Mary Bar: for $5 you can build your own bloody! I wish they had a wider variety of garnishes and labeled the bloody mixes or let you sample before arbitrarily committing to one. But that price is tough to beat.
Screwdriver Pint: also $5 and on the menu as being with fresh squeezed OJ. Sadly they didn't have any fresh squeezed the day I tried to order it.
Breakfast burrito: kind of cold and the cheese wasn't melted. Relatively inexpensive though.
Country fried steak: winner!!! Flavorful steak that went so well with the creamy gravy. I almost want to say this trumps what they serve at Graze. Recommend it highly.
